Refund policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we have a strict no refunds policy. Our goal is to make sure your items arrive to you in perfect condition. Please reach out immediately if that’s not the case.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo evidence will be required. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we expect it to be sent back to us unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and will be compensated with a new undamaged product or issued store credit. No refunds are able to be processed.
